The Parkinson's Story
The story of Parkinson's disease goes back thousands of years. As far back as 5,000 years ago, it's believed that Parkinson's is described as part of ancient Indian medical practice. It's also believed that it was mentioned in the Nei Jing, the first Chinese medical text, which appeared more than 2,500 years ago.
